We are seeking start-up founders in the health, wellbeing and disability sectors that would like to accelerate their organisational growth to deliver greater impact.
To provide start-ups operating in the health, wellbeing and disability sectors with tools, techniques and resources that assist them to scale and grow.
We take start-ups through an outcome driven program married with key mentors and industry leaders that allows them to identify critical pain points within their business. We help them overcome these hurdlers, in-turn allowing them to have the greatest chance of success.
STAGE ONE: RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
The Residential Program will be delivered via a live-in experience, which will take place over 5 days 19th -23rd of March 2018. The live-in program will be structured to enhance the existing skills, capabilities and work of participating start-ups.
The purpose of the Residential Program will be to enable start-ups to step away from their day-to-day distractions and focus intently on what will make their organisation successful. This opportunity will provide start-ups with a transformational experience, amplifying their ability to grow.
The Residential Program will culminate in the creation of an individualised plan for the start-up to accelerate growth, to be activated during the Enterprise Pathway Program.
STAGE TWO: ENTERPRISE PATHWAY PROGRAM
Following the Residential Program, start-ups will take part in an 11-week enterprise pathway program, from March to June 2018.
The Program will be tailored to the specific needs of each start-up. This will involve individualised sessions focusing on technical, commercial and market skills to accelerate organisational growth. These sessions will be delivered by experienced coaches and content experts, which are carefully matched to the needs of start-ups.
For those start-ups seeking additional funding, the Enterprise Pathway Program will also assist start-ups to become investment ready.
STAGE THREE: SEED INVESTMENT
Following the Enterprise Pathway Program, entrepreneurs will be invited to pitch for investment. This will provide entrepreneurs with the opportunity to attract investment and the skills required for future growth.
